We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing our services to request a refund or cancellation.
To be eligible for a refund, the customer must submit the refund request within 30 days from the date of purchase along with valid proof of purchase or payment receipt.

If your refund request is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email along with details regarding the refund process and expected timeline. Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted for any country.

Refund Verification & Eligibility
To claim a refund, the customer must provide a valid reason along with proper proof explaining why the refund should be approved. Refund requests without sufficient explanation or evidence may be rejected.
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:- The purchased service was not delivered.
- A major technical issue occurred from our side.
- Duplicate payment was made accidentally.
- The purchased service could not be activated due to a verified issue from our side.
- Customer changed their mind after purchasing the service.
- Customer did not receive expected business results, leads, profits, or sales.
- Customer failed to properly use the services provided.
- Customer stopped communication or became inactive during the service period.
- Delay occurred due to incomplete information, pending approvals, or lack of response from the customer.
- Services have already been started, activated, delivered, promoted, optimized, or partially completed.
- Any discounted, offer-based, promotional, or customized services purchased from Exporters Worlds.
Any profile creation, SEO work, business promotion, marketing activity, listing activation, lead generation, branding work, or account setup started by Exporters Worlds shall be considered as service utilization.
Exporters Worlds reserves the full right to approve or reject any refund request after proper internal review and verification.
Any false, abusive, misleading, or fraudulent refund claims may result in permanent suspension of services and accounts without prior notice.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your service activation and contact us immediately if the service has not been activated properly or if you face any genuine issue, so that we may evaluate the matter and resolve it accordingly.

Exchanges
European Union 14-day cooling-off period:If the customer is purchasing services within the European Union, they may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase, provided that the service work has not already been fully initiated or completed. If approved, the service will be stopped immediately and the refund process will be initiated. Customers must also provide proof of purchase or payment receipt.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive your refund request and let you know whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
