Payment Terms
Samkay Agric Ventures requires a 50% advance payment to secure and process all livestock and agricultural produce orders, with the remaining 50% due upon issuance of the Bill of Lading (B/L) or immediately before shipment for export clients, and before final delivery for local buyers. Payments can be made via bank transfer, LC/DLC, SBLC, TT, or approved digital payment channels. All orders are confirmed only after the initial deposit is received, and production, sourcing, packaging, and documentation begin immediately thereafter. Late balance payments may affect delivery timelines, and buyers are responsible for any additional charges arising from delayed payment, regulatory requirements, or changes in order specifications.
