Payment Terms
Mandya Organic Farm follows transparent and mutually agreed payment terms for all domestic and international orders. New Buyers: 30% advance payment upon confirmation of the purchase order and 70% balance payment before shipment / against agreed shipping documents. Established Buyers: Payment terms may be revised based on successful transaction history and mutual agreement. Payment Method: Bank Transfer (T/T) or other mutually agreed secure payment methods. Currency: International transactions will normally be invoiced in USD, unless otherwise agreed. Order Confirmation: Production, procurement and packing will commence after receipt of the agreed advance payment. Shipment: Goods will be dispatched only after fulfillment of the agreed payment conditions. Bank Charges: All bank charges outside India shall be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customized Orders / Special Procurement: Such orders may require a higher advance payment depending on the product, quantity and procurement requirements. Inspection: Any third-party inspection, certification or additional testing requested by the buyer shall be arranged and charged as mutually agreed. Payment terms may be negotiated depending on order quantity, destination, product type, buyer credentials and the agreed Incoterm.
